  • How does the Rewards Club work? +

    Get rewarded for shopping on Mouth! Sounds pretty amazing, right? Every time you make a qualifying purchase, you’ll be able to earn points and rewards that can be used towards future purchases.* You can even use points like cash at checkout! If you spend over a certain amount annually, you can also qualify for our premium and VIP tiers, Silver and Gold, respectively. *Corporate orders do not qualify for our rewards program at the moment.   • Is the Rewards Club club free to join? +

    Yes! There are no fees for joining – just lots of benefits like exclusive rewards and discounts! Sign up here.

  • How many tiers are there and do they require an annual spend? +

    We have three tiers. Our entry level tier is Bronze, which doesn’t require you to spend a certain amount. For Silver, you’ll need to spend at least $250 annually, and for Gold, you’ll need to spend at least $750 annually. You can check your current status once you’re logged into your account.

  • How do I earn points? +

    You can earn points by buying snacks, gifts, subscriptions and more, and completing bonus tasks like leaving reviews and following us on our socials. You can also earn even more points by going up a tier. See all the ways you can earn here.

  • What can I use my points and rewards for? +

    You can use points like cash for future purchases, while rewards can be exclusive discounts and other fun (but very secret) benefits.

  • How do I redeem my points or rewards? +

    It’s super easy. At check out, you’ll be able to select the amount of points or rewards you want to use towards your purchase.

  • Do my points expire? +

    Points do expire after 12 months of inactivity, so be sure to redeem your points and rewards before they go!

  • I already have an account with Mouth, do I need to sign up again for the Rewards Club? +

    Nope! If you already have a Mouth account, you’re automatically a Rewards member. And just like those who are signing up for the first time, you’ll also receive 50 points without having to do anything, as a little treat from us.
