Habañero Hot Sauce – The habañero pepper may be known on the streets as the hottest of the hots, but have patience with its initial fire and be rewarded: There's a lovely fruitiness that shines through. 

Hamajang Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce – This hard-to-find hot sauce is made from 60% smoked ghost peppers and 40% fresh habañeros. In other words, it is liquid fire. Be warned.

Hawaiian Chile Hot Sauce – This specialty hot sauce is made from the Hawaiian chile pepper, which is so small it’s difficult to gather enough to make a big batch. It has a delicate, floral flavor that we find ourselves using in everything from eggs to tacos to marinades.

Jalapeño Hot Sauce – With a mild heat comparable to Tabasco, this sauce is really more about the vegetal freshness of jalapeño peppers than anything else. But it's so tasty that even heat fiends will find themselves reaching frequently for the bottle. 

Pineapple Habañero Medium Hot Sauce – The habañero hot sauce with added pineapple. It’s fresh, sweet, spicy and textured and we are completely obsessed.
