These spicy dill spears from Epic Pickles are loaded with Serrano peppers so they're hot and zingy, but not too hot or too zingy. Consider them like a "gateway" spicy pickle. Maker Rob Seufert of York, PA caught the DIY pickling bug and now pickles all kinds of veggies. If you want to know how seriously he takes his work, just look at his car. His license plate reads EPICPIKL. Truly epic, indeed.
