Cocktails on the beach – what could be more awesome? Well, here's one that'll transport you to the beach (at least in your mind) with the very first sip.

We were so blown away by the juicy, fresh flavors of pineapple and lime that come through (it's 54% juice!), plus the balance between sweet and sour is just so refreshing. And the dash of toasted coconut, vanilla and almond gives this next-level mixer some serious tiki vibes.

Next time we're on a beach, we'll be mixing our own cocktails. 'Til then, we'll just close our eyes and imagine....

Just combine 2 oz of the mixer, 2 oz of your favorite rum or tequila and shake or stir over ice, then strain into a fresh tumbler filled with ice and top with 4 oz seltzer. If you're feeling festive, pile on the garnishes: mint, pineapple, a cocktail cherry, a wedge of lime, any or all of the above would be fun. Bonus points if you can find a tiny umbrella.
