And no wonder, since it’s a collaboration of two Good Food Award winners: NeoCocoa and Sola Bee Farms. The former patiently handcrafts the latter's Sacramento Valley Wildflower Honey into a billowy, sugary toffee with a light, rigid and spongelike texture. Then each small batch is divided up, dipped into the chocolate coating and packaged in a bee–utiful green box. What else can we say? This confection is the bee’s knees.
