Yes, this hot sauce is bound to set taste buds ablaze, thanks to the addition of Carolina Reaper Peppers (certified by the Guiness Book as the hottest chile in the world, measuring a mind-blowing 2 million+ Scoville units). But the small-batch condiment doesn’t sacrifice flavor, in the name of melt-your-face heat. Smoky dried chipotles contribute complexity, as do Himalayan sea salt, red onion, and garlic. That said, a little goes a looong way so just go slow...because you reaper what you sow.
