Melt-in-your-mouth, white chocolate made with organic cocoa butter is infused with notes of vanilla, brown sugar, and caramel from Airships Coffee’s Buffalo blend, and sprinkled with itty bitty pieces of caramelized sugar for a delicately crunchy experience. This handcrafted bar was lovingly co-created with Markham & Fitz, bean-to-bar chocolate makers who source organic and bio dynamically grown cocoa beans picked by hand, and by farmers who receive above fair trade compensation for their work. We set out to capture the magic of a comforting cup of sweet and milky coffee with quality, honest ingredients, and we’ve done just that!
